SLEEP OVER!!!

A couple weeks ago we decided it was time for a sleep over. So Avery called her Aunt Makyla and asked if Ian could stay the night. To make it a tru sleep over I put sleeping bags on the floor in Tucker's room and all three of the kids slept in there. It took a little bit but they all went to sleep. Tucker Ian and Avery hangin out in their PJ's
For Christmas Tucker got a big floor puzzle from his Gran'ma Koyle. I can't count how many time they took it apart and put it together. It was sooo fun to watch them

They were soo excited Ian brought his own sleeping bag and Avery and Tuck used theirs. They had a BLAST!!! We'll have to do it again SOON.

It's soo fun to live SOOOO close to family!!!

The BIG 50!!!!

For Dad's 50th birthday day Makyla called me and between the two of us we decided to throw him a SURPRISE Birthday Party. Makyla cooked dinner and I made him a cake. We then decorated with black balloons and streamers. Mom had planned on going to a movie so she told dad that they had to stop at Makyla's and pick something up on the way in. He was sure surprised. Everyone sitting around talking and enjoying some good food.
Dad with his "over the hill" cake.
Here's the cake.

We made sure to put all 50 candles on it. We even used trick one's, but dad blew them all out with one try.

Here's the birthday boy. For gifts Dave and Makyla gave him laxatives and denture cleaner, and Jared and I got him a nice pair of reading glasses. You know the great big one's that take up like half you face and are like 2 inches thick. It was a great party!!! Happy Birthday Dad!!!

The HATS

There is an older couple that live down the street from us. Thay are in our ward. And they LOVE Babies. Avery and Tucker call them Grandma and GRandpa. If you have to run an errand all you have to do is call them up and they'll watch your baby. Well The SUnday after Christmas she showed up at our door with some hats she had made for the kids. We LOVE 'EM!!! Tucker in his hat. Have youssen the commercial with the little boy that wears his gat everywhere. And the mom has to take it when he is sleeping so she can wash it. That's Tucker and this hat.
Avery loves hers .
And here is Jordyn with her bright blue eyes. Whenever we put her hat on she pulls it down over her eyes and falls asleep. Thanks Grandma Fisher

Christmas at the Koyle's

Christmas day was spent at Gran'ma and Gran'pa Koyle's were all the kids had a great time playing with their cousins. It's nice that the kids are getting old enough that they can just go play so that us parents can visit. What a fabulous day we had. Tucker Ian and Greyson eargerly awaited the presents.
Avery and Ian just hangin out.

For dinner Gran'ma opted to sit with the kids. They sure love her. Thanks Koyle fam for a fabulous time. With Jamie and Reuben here it was like a 2 week long non-stop party filled with LATE nights and even a trip to the bowling alley. While the visiting was great I'll have to admit it was nice to get back to normal. The kids are already looking forward to next year.

More Christmas

Sorry, I'm still a little behind on the Christmas photos. I guess that is what happens when you have three different Christmas' Jordyn wasn't too thrilled with the wrapping paper and bows. But she sure did like her crawling Winnie the Pooh.
Tucker loved Christmas... He proudly displayed EVERYTHING he opened.

Avery told me all of December that she wanted "the baby that goes potty" I was really concerned because I knew that Santa had no desire to get something you had to add water too... I over heard her on Christmas eve telling Tuck that santa was bringin her that baby. I was worried we were going to have one VERY dissappointed girl on our hands. But she was happy with everything she got.

Jared even got in on the fun. The kids got a linclon log set that builds a ranch so OF COURSE Jared had to try it out. Anythign to do with cows (lol).....

Fun with the cousins

Since all the cousins were here for Christmas (and there are 7 of them 4 years old and younger)
I decided it would be fun to have them all over to make and decorate sugar cookies... They sure had a good time. Ian, Avery and Tucker working hard.
My sister-in-law (sister to me:-) Makyla helpingher two boys Greyson and Ian.

My other Sister-in-law(sister:-) Jamie helping her little boy Isaac

Avery, Tucker, and Isaac frosting thoe YUMMMMMMY cookies...
They are all my kids wanted to eat for the next three days... Maybe we'll have to make a family tradition out of this. The best part was trying to convince the kids to put the candies on the cookies instead of in their mouths..
